Peter Pan, Big Ben, & Brighton

I'm finally back in my flat after a long but amazing day in Brighton! The train ride took about 50 minutes. We got off and the town was so pretty. We walked through the streets with all the small shops and then went to the Royal Pavilion. King George, Queen Victoria, and other royals have lived there in the past. It's very beautiful inside. After that, we were set to do whatever we wanted. Me and the other girls went to a cheap cafe and had a good time. One of our homework assignments was to ask the locals questions, good thing we had a few beers in us! haha. Then we went to the Atlantic Ocean! Ah it was so pretty! There isn't sand, it's rocks instead. Of course me being me, I wanted a picture of me standing in water. I put on my rain-boots, and then a huge wave came and almost knocked me over. I WAS DRENCHED! Don't forget it is cold out. Me and my friend Courtney then saw the Brighton pier and wanted to go on this upside down ride. We were the only two people on it, so to balance it out one of us had to be at the top and one at the bottom. We were by ourselves! It was over the ocean, so it was scary, but awesome! I stopped at the top, and was just hanging over the water. It was breathtaking and emotional. I can't believe I am getting this amazing experience.
We went to a few shops and I found a place with everything Wizard of Oz! I was so excited! I bought a key chain, a few posters, and this great collection of coasters. I loved Brighton, it  has such a different atmosphere then London! The pictures I'm about to load are from a sunday walk me and Amanda took through Hyde Park on Sunday, Pictures of us in London on Monday, and then Brighton. Enjoy!

Love,

Morgan
